win8.1 ie瀏覽器加載失敗
在控製麵板中使用關閉windows功能關閉了ie, 後當需要時啟動出現啟動失敗，在“C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer“目錄下無ie應用程序文件
下載ie11安裝提示係統已經安裝了，安裝失敗。
