Cannot answer calls from bluetooth headset

I paired a set of bluetooth headset and when I try to answer a phone call by clicking the answer button on the headset, instead of answering the call and speaking from the headset, the call is rejected and headset is unpaired. I have to pair it again to be able to connect automatically. However, when making a phone call while connected to headset all work fine. I've tried a couple of different bluetooth headsets with the same results. Note all work fine when bluetooth headsets are paired to iPhone.
