You are subscribed to (or "Following") the Using iPhone community. That will result in a large number of emails.

To stop that:

Click your username at top left of this screen.

Click "Manage Subscriptions."

Click "Communities" at the top of the Manage Subscriptions page and then click on the word "Following" to turn it to "Follow" -- that will stop the emails for that subscription.

Or to turn off ALL emails, including those related to any past or future questions you may ask :

Click your username at top left of this screen.

Click Preferences in the window that appears.

Remove check mark in front of "Content I am following" and Save.
