How to sync iCloud Drive Files To Sierra?

I had to reinstall my MacOs. I had El Capitan before and switched to Sierra now. My iCloud Drive section in the finder shows only four Folders ( Numbers, Keynote, Pages, TextEdit ). But there are many folders more on the cloud account, containing multiple private data. I can see those when logging in to the iCloud website, but how do I sync this data into my iCloud Drive in the MacOs Finder?
