Touchpad & USB Mouse Left Click Not Working

Touchpad & USB mouse left click not working after OS launches or when I am trying to install OS. However, it works perfectly at the black & white screen with a globe asking WIFI credentials to connect to download and install OS. This started after I downloaded a game and played it but it didn't run and this problem occured. Please help. I am not having any kind of solution. Technicians at here are telling me to change the motherboard but I am pretty sure it is not any kind of hardware issue because my USB mouse is okay. Also I have reinstalled the OS, but the same problem remains. Please help! You guys are my last hope. I have been without a computer for last 2 months. My life has become ****. Please help! MacBook Pro Retina 2013 version with core i5 processor.
