Trouble with missing iPad2 backup

I have a new iPad 2017 and when I connect my old iPad2 to iTunes to backup user data I get the message "set as new ipad" or "restore from a stored backup ... (of a diferente device)".

Because it seems iTune can´t recognize the data in my old iPad2, I did the backup to iCloud instead.

Now the problem is when the new iPad 2017 is set to access iCloud backup but there is nothing there!

Something´s wrong with my Apple iD and I can´t figure what it might be!
