Transfer from iPad Air to iPad Pro

I have just purchased a new iPad Pro.How do I transfer everything from iPad Air to iPad Pro using iTunes or iCloud. Can I transfer everything to the iPad Pro so that the screens are identical to the iPad Air.I want it so that the apps are in same position as iPad Air.Can someone please give me simple instructions on how to do this. Both iPads have current iOS.
