Media just played on iPhone is on the watch fac...

Whenever I have been looking at something on my iPhone which has media, either a video, song, or clip of some sort, for at least 5 minutes after whenever I raise my wrist the entire watch face is taken up by the same graphics as if I were currently playing music on my iPhone and has the options to play/pause, volume etc. anyone have any idea of how to get rid of this so I don’t constantly have to push the crown to get it to go back to the clock? Been on Apple Watch since the beginning so am not a noob. Cheers

Under watchOS 4.x, the Now Playing app can be configured to be shown automatically on Apple Watch upon raising your wrist when playing supported media on your iPhone. This is the default setting.

To turn this feature off:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Wake Screen > turn off Auto-Launch Audio Apps.
