iTunes search bar typing lag

Hello,

I've updated to the latest iTunes on Windows 10 and the search bar has developed a very annoying typing delay, with letters still appearing 10 seconds after I've typed in the search bar.

I've restarted my PC, reinstalled iTunes and disabled Genius as per some suggestions I found online, but no improvement.

I have 3000 songs, from what I see this isn't enough songs to warrant a typing delay.
