Hi! Good day! Thank you for your time.

My iPhone 6s Plus is now on DFU mode; which requires me to restore it via itunes. Everytime I restore it, the progress bar on the Iphone gets stuck at like 60% and displays this error:

The iphone "Iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (54)

I tried to check apple support website and the said error is not on the list of error. I am using Macbook pro 13 inch, mid 2012, non retina.

Software: macOS Sierra version 10.12.6 (latest)

iTunes Software: version 12.7.0.166 (latest)

Additional Information: In the beginning, my iPhone signal was stuck at “searching”. After following methods on the internet( Trust me I spent the whole day trying to research on this), it did not resolve the issue. So I Factory Reset it. On the activation phase, it wont activate because of “activation error because activation server is temporarily unavailable." Which led me to put my iPhone into DFU mode. Now it wont restore due to the said error I posted above which was error 54.

Any way to solve this? Thank you!
