Hi folks,
I have been researching the spinning ball of death the past few days trying to work out what is going on with my late 2015 iMac. I have gone through all the reset advice and recently downloaded etresoft to see if there was anything unusual going on with my computer. I do have some adobe suite apps and Microsoft 365 apps installed that I use for work. I downloaded Rember to see if the extra ram I installed might be the problem however this came back clear. I would appreciate any feedback on what the read out is telling me. The ball appears on nearly every app used. The computer takes an extraordinary time to open and be ready. (In safe mode it did have some very unusual lines that appeared on the screen when opening and closing as well.) Many thanks
