Problem in transferring emails (~30,000) from M...

I'm try to transfer inbox of my ~30,000 emails from Mac Outlook to desktop. Its creating a mbox file format. When I try to import this mbox file to Apple Mail, it just imports a few thousand emails, leaving rest of the mails behind.

Can anyone suggest how to transfer all the emails at once.
