Change or Remove DEP Admin Account

When administrators leave or change roles in the organization, is it possible to change or remove DEP administrator account?  How is this done?

Hello rlove10,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you would like to know if it is possible to remove the DEP administrator account when an administrator leaves or changes roles within the organization. I know how important it is to keep your administrator accounts updated as your company roles change. As stated in the Apple Deployment Programs Help guide, once an administrator account has been created it cannot be deleted. I recommend contacting AppleCare Enterprise support for assistance.

Manage Administrators - Apple Deployment Programs Help

As the program agent or an authorized administrator, you can edit administrator accounts at any time. For example, you may want to give an administrator additional responsibilities, such as managing other administrators or managing another program. Once it’s created, you can’t delete an administrator account.

Hi

How can we correct a mistake made in the new administrator's email address?

Regards

No visa Noon ok

I had to create another account and use the correct email address.  What was your solution?

This is the most incredibly frustrating thing I have ever seen.

No matter if an admin account was created with errors, or a user is no longer with the company - you cannot delete an admin account?

So a disgruntled employee leaves his job, and can log into OUR VPP with his admin account and do pretty much whatever he wants because we cannot remove that account?  That just seems incredibly irresponsible on Apples part.
