my ipad mini screen is going crazy

My ipad mini screen has started going crazy. It's zooms in and out, changes pages and moves all by itself.

If your iPad mini is behaving unexpectedly, I recommend restarting or resetting it:

Restarting your device

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
   
   

Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

 

Resetting your device

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, I recommend resetting all settings next:

Go to Settings > General > Reset, then choose Reset All Settings:  All your preferences and settings are reset.

This seems to be very common problem.  I am too. Nothing fixes it. Resetting and restoring do not fix it. There is no way to email Apple for help once the warranty is up. Chat costs $30 to start. It is ridiculous.  Apple has let us down by this. I am quickly losing faith in them!

I Am also having the same problem with my mini iPad & have tried all the resetting techniques.  Nothing fixes it.  I thought Apple was supposed to be the best.  I would sure like an answer to fix this without having to pay that much for a chat.

I know. It is very disappointing.  Is there any way to get an answer from Apple. There are a lot of unhappy customers with this problem!

It would be nice if Apple would do something about this.  I expect for the price of Apple products that they should last longer than a couple of years.  Very frustrating!

Same problem here.  It wasn't near moisture at anytime.  I reset it to factory settings, but the screen was still jumping at the initial start screen (Hola, etc).  And my warranty is up.  Ugh.  More money in Apple's pocket.

It's 2017 and we still have these issues with no resolution! This is. My 2nd iPad mini 4 and trust me I'm not new to doing ALL the troubleshooting including reformatting to no apps! I'm disgusted beyond words! Guess how long it took me to type this stupid paragraph having to fix the random shid it types?
