How to remove photos from a device previously o...

So,

Stupidly everyone in my family shared the one appleid and therefore icloud, recently on my phone (I'll call it Phone A) icloud photo storage was turned on for whatever reason and now all of my photos or visible online at icloud.com and the phones of my brothers members. Because I want my photos to stay private I have tried turning off icloud photo storage, completely disabling the feature, and also have switched brothers phones to a new appleid hoping it would mean the photos are removed from their phones but they weren't. So even changing accounts etc. so technically the photos are being shared to their phones not on the same icloud account they still are on their phone, I just want a way for them to remove my photos from their phone and go our seperate ways. Anyone who has way for them to remove these photos from my phone A that seem to have been iclouded across to phone B it would be greatly appreciated
