iOS 11.0.2 causing Exchange resync

I update my phone to iOS 11.0, then 11.01 and now 11.02 and continue to have issues with my corporate exchange account.  Every few minutes the mail is lost and has to completely resync itself.  I can barely read 1 or two messages without this happening.  This is also then causing other issues such as poor battery life, but obviously this is due to the constant data flow.  I was able to use the outlook app, but I do not like the interface on the phone and would much prefer the built in mail if it would work as it did in my 10.X versions of iOS.
