在二十歲之前，你要做一名好學生，想要成為企業家，那就要廣集經驗。

So I told myself and told my young people.Before 20 years old, be a good student. When you do entrepreneur just to learn some experience.

在三十歲以前，要做一名追隨者，小公司更適合你。

Before 30 years old, follow somebody, go to a small company.

到了三四十歲，你就能清楚的意識到，你是為自己而工作的。

From 30-40 years old, you have to think very clear you re working for yourself, if you really want to be an entrepreneur.

這是我給年輕人的一些建議。你才25歲，盡管去犯錯誤好了。別有顧慮。

This is my advice to the young people. 25 years old, make enough mistakes。 Don t worry.

“我才二十五歲，盡情享受人生吧~”——這才是你應有的態度，慢慢享受吧。

"Enjoy it, I m 25 years old, enjoy the show, enjoy the show."

有韓國學生問起馬雲是否有遺憾之事，他也大方回應，他的確是有很多遺憾之事的！

通常我讓別人哭。

Normally I make other people cry.

我後悔很多事，我後悔麵對媒體，我後悔在公眾場合拋頭露麵，導致我沒有任何隱私。

Well I regret a lot of things. I regret that I should never meet the media. I regret I should not speak in the public, because I couldn t have my own privacy.

我後悔終日忙於工作，根本沒時間陪陪家人。要是能再活一次，我絕對不會再這樣了。我妻子說的好：“你並不是我的人，你屬於阿裏巴巴。”

I regret that I working so hard, spending so little time with my family. And I regret that if I have another life I would never do things like this. My wife just said:"You do not belong to me, you belong to the Alibaba."

可是生命如此短暫，需要我們從中汲取經驗。人們的視角各有不同。有些人覺得你是富翁，是個成功人士，可事實也許並不是那樣。有些人則說，你看這人沒錢，真不怎麼樣，可事實也許正相反。

But...you know life is so short. It s all by the experience. People see different view. Some people think you re rich, you re successful, but may not...Some people say, you know this guy doesn t have money, he s a terrible guy...maybe not.

所以說，我們的人生，靠的是自己的選擇。有時我會哭，但並不是因為一般的什麼事。我們有許多麻煩事，其中許多大家都難以想象。

So everybody choose his own life. I cry, never sort of a ...had a ...We had a lot of problems that people never thought.

因為經營一個擁有三萬四千名年輕人的公司，麵臨五億人的市場並非易事。大家想想看，這五億人裏要是有百分之一的人是壞人，那就是五百萬人啊。

Cuz running a company for 34,000 young people. Operate a company for more than 500,000，000 people.500,000，000 people， if 1% of them are bad guy you ve got 5,000,000 bad guy.

讓人頭痛的問題啊。

Oh it s heck.

但是想回頭，已經太晚了，不如打消這個念頭。轉而想想自己仍有一二十年的時間，那就盡情享受生活吧！

But...it s too late to regret.Forget about reget. Think about I have another 10.20 years to go, enjoy the show, enjoy the ride.
