External Monitor Arrangement Keeps Switching

I'm on a 2016 MacBook Pro 15". Multiple times a day, when bringing the laptop back from sleep, my external monitor arrangement has switched itself, i.e. the left monitor is on the right, and right is on the left. I have to go into my display settings and switch it manually. I haven't unplugged the monitors or anything, just locked the computer when I stepped away from my desk.
