Contacts: Give over a telephone number with a s...

In Germany almost every contract for internet providing contains a flat rate for fixed line network calls.

All those numbers to fixed line networks have a specific label in my contacts app.

Is it possible to give over those number automatically to a specific telephony app (in my case it is Groundwire)?

Apart of that question:
It would be great, if Apple would integrate VoIP telephony into the standard telephony of the iOS.
I have no idea, why they don't do that.
