iPad backup files

I have a back up file on my ipad (using iOS 11.0.2) in an outdated version of Capzule 1.0.31 not supported under iOS11. I can see it in iCloud storage as a CPZPHRCLD********.bkp file.  Any suggestions as to how to get a copy of this file? I need it to recover my medical history and migrate the data to Capzule 2.0. The only action I can take seems to be to delete it !!!!!
