Music app crashes after iOS 11 update

It's been about three weeks since I updated my iPhone 5s to iOS 11 and ever since then I couldn't connect my phone to iTunes or open my music app. I have tried everything and nothing worked ( signing out of my Apple ID, reboothing my phone, connecting it to iTunes (which of course didn't work because iTunes won't recognize it) , changing my country or region to US, turning my Wifi off, turning cellular data off for the Music app, uninstalling it then reinstalling it) and I've updated it twice since the official big update and it still isn't working. The iTunes on my PC is also up to date. What do I do?
