Quicktime Problems in High Sierra

I am using a Macbook Pro 13" (early 2015) and I recently updated my MacOS to High Sierra over a week ago, and then I had problems with my videos using Quicktime. Quicktime is my resident app for opening, trimming, and converting/exporting video files ever since, but I started to have problems when I updated to High Sierra.

I am using a BlackMagic Design Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 with a format "Apple ProRes 422 HQ Quicktime" for my recordings, the SSD I use is the Kingston HyperX, it is in HD and would take 1gb of space per minute. So my videos are over 1 hour and takes up at around 120+gb.

So my first problem is while opening the files directly from the external SSD drive via USB Port. It takes Quicktime a very very long time to open, and I have a notification from Security and Privacy which shows -' Verifying "Video_file"... ' and it would not go away unless I Force Quit the quicktime app and eject my external SSD.

Everything was fast, fine, and have no trouble loading large files, but when I installed High Sierra, this happened.

So my 2nd problem in Quicktime is the export function. In the older OS, i just open the file with Quicktime, go to File>Export As>(file type: MP4, 720p, Ipad Video, Iphone Video, Apple TV etc...) and export my videos to any format I desire especially the most compressed formats. Now I only have a few options like in the image below:

I need the previous export file formats like before because they are perfect for the target media that I need. Now I only get 4k, 1080p, 720p, 480p, and audio only.

My 3rd problems is I get this error message when I export my videos. I have tried all formats (1080p, 720p, 480p) but they all give me error messages which says "Cannot Decode The Media data could not be decoded on this computer."

I never had these problems before and this is what I got from High Sierra.

Anybody have the same problems like mine?
