Have you tried logging out of your Apple iD and logging back in? Maybe it could help. To do so, if you're on iOS 11, open the App Store, tap your face on the top right of the screen and select sign out. In iOS 10 and below, scroll down to the bottom of the App Store, select your Apple iD and select sign out.
