Can somebody help me?

When I turned my Laptop on this morning the iTunes symbol was disappeared.

When I tried to uninstall the program, it gives me an error message: specified account already exists

I was on the help side from Apple, and I did delete everything what is from Apple.

I restarted and tried to reinstall iTunes, but the same message came up.

I'm desperate to get rid of the broken iTunes, please help!

Do you know what the error message is? I've been able to get some answers by copying and pasting it in Google search. They may give you a Youtube link to watch on how to fix. Don't try it unless you are comfortable with what you doing. I know that the latest version of Itunes has issues like burning a CD. I'm running Windows 10 on mine and I used several CD's trying to burn a playlist. Best fix for that is to go to Windows Media Player and burn from there until that is resolved. Best of luck getting it fixed.
