iPhone sync with Outlook problems

Syncing my iPhones with Outlook and it always worked perfectly.

Have been using iPhone 6 for 2 years, recently upgraded to iOS 11 (now to iOS 11.0.3) and on PC I use  Outlook 2013 with iCloud Outlook Add-in.

All emails sync with no problems.

Recently someting changed:

- I add or change an event in my Calendar or a Contact in my Contacts on Outlook, sync works perfectly and my iPhone Calendar and Contacts are syncronised

- However, when I add or change an event in my Calendar or a Contact in my Contacts on the iPhne 6, these change and additionas are NOT syncing in my Outlook. Which causes my a lot of headache.

Any tips?

- tried to "repair" the account settings on Outlook
- went to iCloud app on PC, have un-ticked and later re-tiicked box Mail, Contact, Calendar, Task with Outlook

=> nothing helped
