Movies in iTunes flicker with subtitles.

Im running a Mac Mini on my tv at home.  While watching movies on iTunes in full screen every time subtitles come up the whole screen flickers.  Its very annoying and only happens in full screen.  I have two MacBooks I've test the same thing on and they work fine.  It seems to only be on the Mac Mini.  Ive tried different HDMI ports on the tv, different resolutions, and different HDMI cables and they all do the same.
