App won’t open after installing iOS 11, i...

I have a Game app that won’t open.  I updated awhile back to ios11 and the game worked for a couple of weeks And then would not open.  I have forced closed, shut down and restarted iPad, finally deleting all content and reinstalling everything with iCloud.  Game worked for a few hours and then would not open again!
