Connect windows to macOS mail

I am helping to expand a small business by bringing in a new Mac mini as a server for the office running the latest macOS High Sierra plus Server. I did this because the server software they're purchasing runs best on a Mac. The clients, however, run on Windows and Mac equally well. I would like to employ the mail, calendar, and chat capabilities offered by macOS Server however, the majority of the machines already in the office are Windows 7 Pro. Is there any way for the existing Windows clients to be able to use the mail, calendar, and chat software macOS Server offers?

no, but all mail clients can access the same mail system the client is like a www browser just an end point

 

using their browser however they can access iCloud - Sign in where they can use www based version of some of the features
