I can’t re

My mum has given me her desktop imac, I’ve cleared the disks to remove all of her stuff and Information, and when I go to re-install, it asks me to sign into the App Store, and it says ‘this item is temporarily unavailable’ it appears like this....

Restart with the Option, Command, and R keys held down. If the Mac’s too old for that shortcut, you need an install DVD.

I’ve tried that and still getting the same. Where will I get one of these disks from?
