I want to add the Tecarta Bible app to my MacBook Air Laptop. I currently have it on my iPad & iPhone 7Plus.

Apps that work on the iPad and iPhone are iOS apps that come from the iOS App Store. They do not work on the computer. You would have to find out if they have a version of their program that works on the Mac OS. Check with the developer.
