Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are having trouble connecting to the iTunes Store on your Windows computer. There could be a few different steps you need to take to isolate and resolve this issue. I do see in the information that you posted that your Windows Firewall is on and iTunes is not enabled for the Windows Firewall. I suggest first enabling iTunes for the firewall and testing. The following article has some other steps and information if necessary.

• As with all firewalls not manufactured by Apple, you may need to configure Windows Firewall to allow iTunes to access the iTunes Store. Follow these steps for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Hi,

After i update iTunes with this version (12.6.3.6), the program will 'hang' for few minutes and unable to load App Store.

I don't have this issue for previous version (12.6.2.20).
