iCloud Calendar repeating events wrong timezone.

When I enter repeating events in iCloud Calendar (Firefox on WIndows10), On the main "month" page they appear to have the correct entered start time. However when I open them, the start time is one hour different and the timezone has changed from my default "UK time" to "UTC".  See below...

If I then correct the timezone and start time and save...when I open it again it has changed the timezone and start time back to the incorrect settings!

This only seems to happen to repeated events.
