I have already reported this issue to my nearest apple service centre ... its not even been a month from its purchase... the service centre is asking to wait for 2 weeks to get it repaired... whereas i need a replacement... for it... and that to within 2 or 3 days.... 

We are just users like you. There's nothing we can do to help you out. You will need to ask the store manager for solutions. You may be able to trade your phone for a new one.
