Macbook Air has no build

Macbook Air has no build-in output sound, and it is muted. I had tried plug and unplug headphone, reboot and do the alt + cmd + p +r method. But it still doesn't work.

Sometimes it works back again when I used it again at home, then when I went to school it stops working. I don't think this matter, because now it doesn't work even I am using my mac at home.
