keeps saying my account service is out of date

What exactly is the message you're seeing?

On what device and OS version are you seeing it?

Does what you're seeing relate to an iCloud account, or iTunes Store account, or another account?

Also, it would help us if you were to add your Apple products to your Community profile:

• When signed in, you'll see "jlcorbin12" at upper left.

• Click on it and, in the resulting pop-up, click on "View profile".

• In the resulting page, scroll to the bottom and click on "Add a product".
