Mac OS won’t download

I recently erased and reformatted my sister’s old MacBook Pro. I forgot to unauthorize the iTunes so now the computer won’t let me download is Yosemite because I’m not logging into the download process with her iTunes account that she doesn’t remember.

Apple store maybe able to help you, reinstall your  OS X.

 

Booting into internet recovery, will allow you to reinstall the original OS X.

 

command option R
