MBP 2014 screen has picked up some white spot ,...

I have been using a MBP 2014 for the past three years, I use the iKlear iK-26K cleaning kit regularly to keep the screen in top shape but presently the screen has developed a white stench automatically on the surface of the screen and the cleaning solution has not been able to get it cleared, what shall I do ? please suggest.
