How may I type inverted punctuation on iOS 11+?

Formerly, the inverted exclamation point was available by pressing and holding the exclamation key, and the inverted question mark by pressing and holding the question mark key, both on the “123” part of the keyboard. Now, with the new keyboard, these punctuation marks are not thus available. I also do not see them in emoji. Am I missing a special trick?
