Link iPhone with iPad messages

How do I link my iPhone messages with my iPad?

You have to go to Settings in your iPhone go to Settings > Messages, there you’ll see “Text Message Forwarding”.  Click on that and you’ll be brought in to where all the devices that you have signed in using the same Apple ID are listed.  Just turn on the slider for the devices you want messages sent to.
