Help Back

I’m a busy architect who hasn’t been able to back up my photos or iphone for 3 or more years.  It could be because my email at cf.rr.com and icloud email don’t talk? Or is It my dell IT is blocking downloads from Apple??  

My husband and I spend $600 a month for phones and storage, and wish a backup was much more intuitive and automatic and simple!?  Why do we have to go to iTunes and do all kinds of stuff to get rejected after 24 hours of “backing up” excuses?  I keep buying more storage yet it still won’t back up?  

Just give me a simple BACK UP now button and stop with all the iTunes garbage.  Thanks so much for any links to help.  

If you want to back up your phone, on iOS 11, go to Settings > tap your name at the top of your screen > iCloud > iCloud backup > enable it and tap back up now.

On iOS 10, go to Settings > iCloud > iCloud backup > enable it and tap Back Up Now
