MY MUSIC

I have my entire music library added to ITunes. I've added the majority of it to my IPhone. Some things either won't sync and be added to my Iphone, or show as transparent in my library when synced, and DO NOT show in my Itunes music player on my phone. I OWN THIS MUSIC. I WANT TO LISTEN TO IT. What is happening here? I've NEVER had issues before NOW. What is different that I'm missing? And if it is a cloud thing, I want my money back, because I'M NOT USING A CLOUD. I should NOT have to.
