Can you change Sharing settings in System Prefe...

I'm trying to automate a setup process as much as I can, I've managed this for a few things but it'd be helpful if I could change the settings under Sharing as well as the scroll direction of the mouse- using the terminal.

Yes you can change the directions through the system prefference by clicking the apple logo then select “system prefference” using terminal is not recommended as it requires complicated commands :)
