MacOS High Sierra Bug

Hi everyone!

Today I ran into something weird when trying to open a specific folder I use everyday. Check it out in the video on youtube (link below)

After restarting the MacBook it did the same as you can see in the other video.

My Mac is a 13-inch 2016 MacBook Pro with 2,9GHz, 8GB ram and 500GB ssd.

How do I fix this?
