iMac screen problem

Hi, my iMac seems to be having Some problems, there are four parts ( top White, to the bottom more grey), And Some horizontal black/Blue lines. On the bottom of the screen there is a flickering horizontal line. Is this a soft or hardware problem And How can i fix it?
