we cant get into my sons ipad because he change...

Help! My son can’t get into his IPad! We’ve tried everything! He’s locked out, doesn’t remember his PW or the PW to the iCloud email it is associated with

You can go to Apples website for resetting your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487 and reset it there.  Once done with that you can go to If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support to reset the iPad to get back into it.  If you can’t get into the Apple ID however, then you’re pretty much not going to be able to do much to get it back.
