Can no longer find the menu item "Apps" to rear...

Can no longer find the menu item "Apps" to rearange apps on my device. Help!

With the release of iTunes 12.7, app management is now all done on the device itself.

If you’re truly desperate... Apple released iTunes version 12.6.3 that brings back App and Ringtone management support.
