Initiating Complaints FAQ

1、 Q: Why has the channel for submitting a complaint changed?
A: To make it simpler and easier for buyers to submit complaints to DHgate.

2、 Q: What sort of complaints can be submitted?
A: The following complaints can be submitted:
• Unsatisfied with the Dispute Resolution
• Pirated Goods
• Goods that infringe on intellectual property
• Illegal goods

3、 Q: Where do I submit a complaint?
Sign in to ‘My DHgate’ mouse over to the “Help” section on the upper right corner of the page , then click on “Submit a Complaint”,

To report an item within the Product listing page or the product page click “Report Item” to initiate a complaint. See screenshot below.

4、 Q: When should I receive the answer for my complaint?
A: The customer’s complaint will be handled and replied in 1-5 working days.
