Change my contact email address

The registered email and the nickname is your identification and valid account name to DHgate, so you are unable to change it.
But you can change your contact email address and nickname in your DHgate account.

1. Log onto "My DHgate".



2. Choose "Membership" and click "Account Settings" in the drop-down menu.

3. Click "Change" and fill in your new email address or Nickname and submit. Please note here, for each account, there is only one change for our buyer to change the nickname.
