New Messages Notification Instructions
To help our buyers receive new messages immediately and reply easily, we have added a new popup reminder that includes a voice notification.1 Where can you see the new message notifications?
Go to My DHgate
New messages will pop up from the bottom right corner, along with a voice notification.
The popup window will show the types of messages and the number of different types of messages you have. Click on 【Check】 to see the corresponding messages. Do not forget to check older messages as well! You will be reminded of new messages only once.
Click × on the popup window to close the notification.
2 What should you do if you don’t want to receive the new message notifications or just want to receive some of the new message notifications?
Log in to your DHgate account and click on 【Messages】 in the navigation bar.
Click on the 【Settings】 tab on the left side of the menu.
In Settings you can choose what kind of messages you want to receive. If you do not select any types of messages, you will not receive any new message notifications. Once you have made your selections, click 【Confirm】 to save your new settings.
3 The popup window appears slowly, but I want immediate notifications. What should I do?
Log in to your DHgate account and click on 【Messages】 in the navigation bar.
Click on the 【Settings】 tab on the left side of the menu.
In Settings you can change the notification intervals. You may choose to receive notifications every 1 minute, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes. The system default is 15 minutes. Once you have made your selections, click 【Confirm】 to save your new settings.
If there are no new messages during the interval, no popup windows will appear.
4 What should I do if I want to cancel the voice notifications?
Log in to your DHgate account and click on 【Messages】 in the navigation bar.
Click on the 【Settings】 tab on the left side of the menu.
In Settings you can choose to turn the voice notifications on or off. Once you have made your selection, click 【Confirm】 to save your new settings.
