How do I request DHgate mediation for my dispute?

If you and your seller can’t reach an agreement within 5 days, we suggest you request DHgate mediation by clicking "Request DHgate Mediation" in your account. Click Here to check the video.

Step 2: If you and your seller can’t reach an agreement within 5 days, we suggest you request DHgate mediation by clicking "Request DHgate Mediation" in your account.



                                                                                                               
Choose “Dispute Reason” and the outcome you expect from DHgate’s mediation. If the seller agrees to your proposal, the system will immediately proceed with the solution you agreed and close the dispute. Otherwise you should upload some evidence in your DHgate account within 3 days, then Resolution Center will give you a final resolution.
